Open Arms Assisted Living
Open Arms Assisted Living is the $4.75mm repurposing of the St. Andrew Lutheran Elementary School. Programming 30 beds of affordable assisted living, this project pioneers the inclusion of telehealth services. Urbitecture designed the project, sourced capital, structured the non-profit ownership entity, and lead the project team. From re-zoning to telehealth system design to State licensing, Urbitecture integrated the project delivery. This project is the renovation of 13,000sf, new construction of 6,600sf, and a partial change of use. Assisted Living operations replaced the former school operations and the Church remains occupied by four congregations.

Heatherwood Village Assisted Living
Transformed from hospice to assisted living, this 36 bed facility required a substantial rehabilitation to meet current life safety standards, marketability, food service, and emergency features. Pueblo, Colorado.
Holy Spirit Catholic Community
This 20 acre Catholic Campus masterplan is the culmination of 2 years of community development. After evaluating the multiple properties owned by 2 parish communities, Urbitecture facilitated a process ultimately creating a unified vision for future growth and development. Rock Springs, Wyoming.
Mesa Spirit Adult Community
Mesa Spirit is the $17mm repurposing of two outdated medical office buildings plus new construction of 40,000 sf. Total program includes 40 beds of memory care, 20 beds of rehabilitation care, and 20 beds of skilled nursing. On behalf of out-of-state investors, Urbitecture secured the entitlements, prepared the offering memorandum, designed the project, and lead the development team. Rock Springs, Wyoming.
