The Bails Townhome Community is 24 townhomes arranged within 5 buildings on 1.3 acres near downtown Denver. Located within 1/2 mile of the Southwest light rail corridor, this is a 100% affordable housing transit oriented development. Overall project cost is approximately $5.2mm and is currently under construction. Urbitecture provided architecture, urban design, planning, and project administration. |
